CDS Announces New Board Members for 2020

Greenville, S.C.  (December 10, 2019): The Center for Developmental Services is proud to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors.

Kathleen Wall worked for BMW for 25 years. She was their corporate attorney in New Jersey before transferring to Greenville. She retired from BMW Manufacturing in 2011 as vice-president. While a member of Greenville Women Giving, Kathleen and her husband, Chuck Belding, learned about the Center for Development Services. They have been strong advocates for the mission of CDS and the children it serves. Her corporate background, passionate leadership, and local involvement will bring a valuable perspective to the board.

Sarah West works as the Division Human Resources Director at ITW Hartness, a Division of Illinois Tool Works. She recently completed PROPEL GVL, a new board development course that was created by the United Way of Greenville and the Chamber of Commerce. Sarah was drawn to CDS because of the incredible experience and services they provide for children with special needs and their families. Sarah’s deep passion and community service as well as her background and interests will be an asset to the organization.

CDS is honored to welcome these two outstanding community leaders to our board as they commit their invaluable time and talent to supporting children with developmental needs and their families.
