The administrative offices of Preschool Special Education Services of Greenville County Schools are located at CDS. Greenville County Schools provides Child Find screenings and evaluations for children with suspected disabilities. Areas of screening include vision, hearing, speech/language, motor, daily living, behavior, cognition, and ability/achievement. Children who demonstrate significant delays in the screening process may be referred for a more in-depth evaluation to determine eligibility for special education services.
These services are free to Greenville County residents from 2½ to 21 years of age.
