BabyNet
BabyNet is South Carolina's interagency early intervention system for infants and toddlers under three years of age with developmental delays, or who have conditions associated with developmental delays.
BabyNet is funded and regulated through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and is managed through South Carolina First Steps to School Readiness (SCFS).
Several agencies partner with First Steps to provide the services through BabyNet. One of these agencies is DHEC. DHEC BabyNet offices process the referrals to the BabyNet program and determine eligibility. The office in Greenville Co. is housed in CDS. For referrals, please call 331-1450.
